No heavy collar - neat and tidy round the neck and ideal to pop on quickly.  I am happy to recommend it for Spring, Summer and into the Autumn.  
Colour wise this is such a stylish combination, pink with taupe, looks attractive with all skin/hair colours.  Also just shouts quality.
