Val d' Arizes Ladies Pyrenean 100% Wool Dressing Gowns

Please remember to advise us of your contact details and address for posting. Place your order online or ring or email with your instructions. Payment is required prior to posting - note we will do our utmost to ensure your order is delivered when you require it. We post by special delivery, Royal Mail, £11.15 for one garment. Please do open your parcel carefully and do not remove the attached garment tag until you are sure you will not be returning the gown.

RETURNS: Pyreneans must be returned by special delivery via Royal Mail to ensure each gown is covered by insurance to its value . The gown must be returned in the cellophane bag it arrives in and with the tag attached. Do ensure you retain a receipt when despatching as it is the sender of any parcel who must claim for any lose or damage.

When received and checked, if payment was by paypal through the website a refund is issued through paypal. Telephone card payments will require a call from myself to ask for the card details again - we do not hold customers card details. The cost of the gown is refunded - postage costs out and return post costs are not refunded. This is detailed on the letter sent out with each gown but feel free to ring if you are unclear on the above.
