Super Quality Dressing Gown

I'm used to being disappointed with things, but not this time! The wool is soft and dense and seems almost to generate its own warmth.

The day it arrived the weather was wet and chilly, so I put the dressing gown on over pyjamas an hour or so before bedtime; bliss!

Wonderful cosy & warm dressing gown

Pam helped me to buy such a lovely gown & the delivery was only 12 days which is excellent in these times.I am delighted with the quality & with Pam’s advice to make sure the hip size allows for a good wrap around during winter.I mistakenly washed my first Val dArizes gown which did shrink quite markedly so I will definitely not make that mistake again.This is an excellent buy if you want comfort & warmth during cold winters evenings.

Delicious, handsome and arrived quickly

The shopping experience was easy, the communications from Pam excellent - and the Maeve robe itself arrived today and it is heavenly! The fit is excellent, the wool and weaving and detailing is also fine. My daughter stole my robe first day so I'll be ordering another for her. Many thanks.

Back for a 2nd one!

Decided I needed to replace my (beloved and long lasting - ? maybe 12 years or more)) Pyrenean wool dressing gown so did not hesitate to come back buy here to choose a new one. They are so light but supremely cosy - essential for winter as I live in a ground floor Victorian flat. I would definitely reiterate the advice about Dry Clean Only . A couple of years ago I did try an experiment by carefully washing my first one because it was well worn by then , but it did shrink a little. I have now learned to always heed advice in the future!

The Maeva dressing gown is wonderfully made - not too heavy and not too thin but just right- and came beautifully wrapped with a lavender bag and personalised card. The picture doesn’t give it justice to how warm and cosy it is. It made the perfect gift for my mother, who tries to wear it as much as she can.

Pam, who runs Joyce Brooks, was really helpful and understanding with our order, especially when I made a mistake.
