How do I buy items?

Use our Shop Online facility to browse the items we have available. If you cannot find what you want on the site, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to help.
If an item is marked as Out of Stock, you can contact us and we will let you know the expected delay.
When you find an item you would like to buy, check the price and then click the Add to Basket button.
If we run out of stock of an item you have ordered, delivery time may be up to 10-14 days. We will advise of any delay.
To pay online, you will be redirected to the Paypal secure payment transaction service and asked to confirm the amount to be deducted from your account and enter your credit/debit card account details.

Delivery

For orders Ł35 and under- £3 postage+packaging. Items are posted using Royal Mail 1st Class delivery throughout the UK

For orders over Ł35- Ł4.50 postage+packaging+insurance. For your benefit, we insure packages over Ł35 and send them via Special Delivery service

For very large orders, we may have to increase the postage charge, in this case we will let you know before sending your order.

Cancellations and Returns

As our products are ordered especially for you it is not generally possible to cancel or return an order. It may be possible to cancel if we have not yet ordered from our supplier - please contact us to find out. If there a fault with your garment please return it and we can discuss replacing it for you. Generally we prefer not to exchange intimate garments such as briefs, thongs, knickers or pantees and we are sure you understand why!! If you make a genuine mistake when ordering your size of bra, basque, vest etc and require some advice on sizing please just ring us and we will be happy to help.
